Ready to make an impact in a place where you matter? - Position Summary Perform duties to mold and cure test balls, muni balls, pipeline cleaning balls and other related raw product in an oven or press frame.

Requirements

• One (1) year related work experience.
• Demonstrated basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to read and understand digital, needlepoint and other gauges.
• Problem solving skills.
• Decision making skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load balls into molds; pressurize mold as required; place molds into oven, bake. 40%
• Remove and open molds, visually check for appearance-adherence to specs. 40%
• Follow work schedule-oral and written. 5%
• Complete required maintenance reports and records. 5%
• Other duties as assigned. 5%
