Provides operational support and assists in the supervision of employees at a large, high volume, centralized bakery that services a university franchised Dunkin Donuts as well as other Dining Services' facilities. Responsibilities include coordination of food production, supervision, quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety and sanitation, and the use of an automated food management system. Assists with inventory management including weekly inventories, stock rotation, receipt of goods, storage, packing and shipping of products.
