About The Position
This is a closing baker shift opportunity with shifts starting as late as 4:00 PM and requiring the ability to stay until at least 10:15 PM. This role offers a shift differential that can lead to an additional $1,040 per year. The position is with Crumbl Cookies, a fast-growing dessert brand known for its rotating menu of gourmet cookie flavors. Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Friday and Saturday availability is required
- Year-round availability is required

Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a friendly "Welcome to Crumbl"
- Explaining the current cookie menu
- Taking orders
- Processing payments
- Answering phones
- Assisting with product questions
- Helping to keep the store running smoothly
- Mixing dough
- Baking cookies
- Preparing and presenting signature products
