About The Position
As a Crumbl Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your day will include greeting customers with a friendly "Welcome to Crumbl," explaining the current cookie menu, taking orders, and processing payments. You'll also answer phones, assist with product questions, and help keep the store running smoothly. Behind the scenes, you'll mix dough, bake cookies, and work alongside your teammates to prepare and present our signature products. This role is perfect for those looking for afternoon or closing shifts, with shifts beginning as late as 4:00 PM and requiring closing until at least 10:15 PM.
Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Friday and Saturday availability is required
- Year-round availability is required
