About The Position

Join our fast-growing team at Crumbl Cookies and earn between $17 and $20 per hour, including tips, with an overall average of $18 per hour. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Year-round availability is required to be considered.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Friday and Saturday availability is required
• Must be able to close and stay until 10:15 PM at a minimum

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a friendly "Welcome to Crumbl"
• Explaining the current cookie menu
• Taking orders
• Processing payments
• Answering phones
• Assisting with product questions
• Helping keep the store running smoothly
• Mixing dough
• Baking cookies
• Preparing and presenting signature products
