About The Position
To provide support to bakers in daily operations, including preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with customer service.
Requirements
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Food Handlers Certification (required)

Responsibilities
- Assisting bakers with ingredient preparation, measuring, and mixing.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
- Stocking and rotating inventory.
- Packaging and labeling finished products.
- Providing basic customer service, such as taking orders and answering questions.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Management reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to support store operations.
- Employees will be provided with proper training and protective equipment for any and all assigned tasks that require special handling.
