About The Position

To provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the quality and freshness of produce, maintaining attractive displays, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in produce handling and display
• Experience with stocking, rotating, and culling produce
• Knowledge of produce quality and freshness standards
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and offering assistance.
• Maintaining the quality and freshness of produce through proper handling, storage, and rotation.
• Creating and maintaining visually appealing produce displays.
