About The Position

Festival Foods is seeking a part-time Bagger to provide helpful, guest-focused service in its grocery store. Baggers greet and assist guests, bag groceries according to store procedures, maintain the checkout area, communicate guest requests and feedback to leadership, and provide parcel pickup service. They also support team standards and quality expectations and perform other duties as needed. Regular, timely attendance is expected. The position reports to the Guest Service Department Manager and is located at 1125 East Johnson St, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin 54935.

Requirements

• Ability to create a welcoming environment and provide superior guest service.
• Attention to detail when bagging items and maintaining product quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates and guests.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately and operate necessary equipment.
• Ability to stand in place for long periods; walk in the store; bend and stoop; and lift or push 15–20 pounds regularly and 50 pounds intermittently.
• Fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed and within availability; work may be in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, providing a welcoming and helpful checkout experience.
• Bag groceries according to procedures while maintaining product integrity and guest satisfaction.
• Keep the checkout area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Share guest requests and feedback with the leadership team.
• Provide prompt and courteous parcel pickup service.
• Help maintain standards and meet quality expectations by 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Attend work regularly and on time in accordance with the schedule, and give adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
