Baggage services agents are responsible for the orderly arrangement and handling of baggage arriving from international flights into Customs on baggage carousels and for the collection, distribution, and storage of unattended baggage at the international carousel at the main terminal. Agents will manage passenger flow and management of baggage on to the appropriate belt for Seattle exits or connections. Agents are responsible for the condition, upkeep, and maintenance calls for equipment provided or utilized for the purpose of baggage arrivals and distribution. Agents will also accept and deliver over and odd-sized luggage items for screening by the Transportation Security Agency (TSA).
