Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
1 year (minimum) experience in data entry
1 year (minimum) badging experience
Able to work with a team
Customer service skills
Strong keyboarding skills
Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Motivated self-starter

Responsibilities

Conduct day-to-day badging and credentialing operations for employees, contractors, and authorized personnel
Process new badge requests and ensure all required documentation is completed and verified
Issue, renew, and deactivate identification badges in accordance with established procedures
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, OSSI security policies, and applicable laws
Maintain accurate records of badge issuance, access levels, and credentialing actions
Verify eligibility and authorization for individuals requiring facility or system access
Coordinate with internal teams and security personnel to support access control requirements
Assist with audits and reviews of badging and credentialing processes
Provide guidance to employees and managers on badging procedures and requirements
