About The Position

This role provides white-glove service to high-level clientele, including Executives, VPs, and senior leadership, ensuring their access and badging needs are handled with professionalism, discretion, and priority support. The administrator will also support employees by processing access requests and resolving badge-related issues promptly and courteously. They will greet and assist associates, contractors, and guests with professionalism and a service-first attitude during badge issuance and access setup. The position involves creating and distributing access badges efficiently while maintaining accuracy and high-quality standards, drafting Sim-Tickets, and coordinating access permissions. Handling badge reprints, replacements, and visitor/loaner badge requests is also a key responsibility, aiming for minimal disruption to the customer experience. Additionally, the role requires tracking and managing inventory of supplies, ensuring materials are available to meet demand without delays, and safely handling the disposal and shipping of badges and related materials. Support will be provided through in-person interactions, email, or phone to resolve inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on helpfulness and approachability.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting hardware and software (especially printers).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in access control, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
  • Familiarity with badge printing systems and Trouble-Ticketing is a plus.
  • Experience with inventory, shipping, or receiving is beneficial.
