THE JOB Live Nation is seeking a dedicated and friendly Backstage Hospitality Assistant to join our dynamic catering team at our vibrant amphitheater. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless dining experience for artists, crew, and guests. Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Current food handler’s card required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, serve, and replenish buffet stations to ensure a variety of fresh and appealing food options for artists and crew.
  • Prepare and stock dressing rooms with food, beverages, and necessary supplies to meet specific hospitality riders and dietary needs.
  • Clear and clean tables promptly during and after meal services to maintain a tidy dining area and enhance the guest experience.
  • Set up and maintain coffee and tea stations, ensuring that beverages are readily available and well-stocked throughout events.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting artists and crew, addressing any needs or requests promptly.
  • Assist kitchen staff as needed with basic tasks, such as restocking supplies or helping with food presentation during peak service times.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring all dining areas are clean and organized, and maintaining proper food handling procedures.
