About The Position

LiveNation is seeking a motivated and reliable Seasonal Dishwasher/Porter to join our backstage catering team at our lively amphitheater. Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A passion for supporting culinary operations and contributing to a successful team.
• Current food handler’s card required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by efficiently washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure all areas are clean and sanitized according to health regulations.
• Assist kitchen staff during meal prep between service periods.
• Help with organizing ingredients, prepping vegetables, and ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and ready for service.
• Help implement eco-friendly practices, including proper disposal and recycling of waste, to support our sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring all supplies are available for the kitchen staff to function efficiently.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, contributing to a positive and productive environment.
• Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards.
