About The Position

The Backend Software Engineer will develop and enhance backend systems for an AI platform focused on real-time, personalized customer engagement, problem-solving, and proactive support. The role designs and implements scalable, efficient infrastructure for AI agents and contributes to customer experience and business growth through technology.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
Strong experience designing and building scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
Proficiency in cloud services and API development.
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and Go, with an emphasis on clean, efficient, maintainable code.
Passion for leveraging technology to drive business innovation and improve customer experiences.
Comfort working in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or AI model integration.
Familiarity with open-source LLM frameworks.
Experience in modern AI voice agent systems.
