About The Position

The Back Up Scan Coordinator maintains price integrity in the assigned Sprouts Farmers Market store. The role carries out daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, updates shelf tags and signs, posts promotional signage, and helps ensure compliance with company and government requirements. The coordinator verifies weekly ad price changes, promotional pricing, and pricing signage across all departments, working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports and schedules.
Understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes.
Possess excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate outgoing, friendly behavior, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
Be able to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs, staple, scan, use a computer to activate new pricing, and use a step ladder.
Have good vision to read and set signs.
Be able to transfer boxes weighing up to 17 pounds vertically and horizontally from 1 to 34 inches, up to 8 feet, for up to 1 hour.
Be able to walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours.
Be able to crouch, kneel, and squat repetitively to access a point 6 inches from the ground.
