About The Position

The Back Up Scan Coordinator supports price integrity in an assigned Sprouts Farmers Market store. The role requires accuracy and responsibility while carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including updating shelf tags and signs and promotional signage. The coordinator verifies weekly ad price changes, promotional pricing, and pricing signage across all departments, and helps ensure compliance with company and government regulations. The position requires working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
Be able to understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes.
Possess excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Have an outgoing, friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
Be able to read price tags, create and post signs and tags, staple, scan, use a computer to activate new pricing, and use a step ladder.
Have good vision to read and set signs.
Be able to transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs. vertically or horizontally, from 1 to 34 inches, up to 8 feet, for up to 1 hour.
Be able to walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours.
Be able to repeatedly crouch, kneel, or squat to access a point 6 inches from the ground for up to 50 hours.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes.
Change shelf signs and tags and promotional signs.
Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and pricing signage in all departments.
Maintain price integrity and comply with company and governmental regulations.
Maintain necessary reports and schedules related to scanning programs.
