About The Position

The Back Up Scan Coordinator maintains price integrity in an assigned Sprouts Farmers Market store. The role conducts daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including updating shelf signs and tags and promotional signs, while ensuring compliance with company and governmental regulations. The coordinator verifies weekly ad price changes, promotional pricing, and pricing signage across all departments, working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports and schedules.
Understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes.
Have excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate outgoing, friendly behavior, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
Be able to read price tags, create and post signs and tags, staple, scan, use a computer to activate new pricing, and use a step ladder; good vision is required to read and set signs.
Be able to transfer boxes weighing up to 17 pounds vertically and horizontally from 1 to 34 inches, across distances of up to 8 feet, for up to 1 hour.
Be able to walk up to 4 miles per 8-hour period.
Be able to perform repetitive crouching, kneeling, and squatting to access a point 6 inches from the ground for up to 50 hours.
