About The Position

RoofServ is a fully licensed and insured residential and commercial re-roofing contractor bringing its success from Atlanta to the greater Nashville market. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Back Office Operations Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our Nashville office. This role will report directly to the Nashville Market President and serve as a critical operational leader helping ensure projects, customers, and internal systems run efficiently.

Previous experience in office management, operations coordination, or administrative leadership is a plus but not required - we're looking for someone that is sharp and organized who wants to be part of a growing organization.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls for new business inquiries and existing customer support.
Manage and maintain our ServiceTitan platform, including customer data entry, job scheduling, assigning leads and appointments to sales representatives, and updating project records and workflows.
Organize projects and track job progress through various stages of production and completion.
Coordinate permitting and licensing requirements for the Nashville office.
Assist with accounts receivable collections and customer invoicing.
Support job costing and project financial tracking.
Maintain organized records and ensure operational accuracy across all departments.
Serve as a communication hub between customers, sales representatives, production teams, and leadership.
Help implement and improve operational processes as the Nashville market grows.
