About The Position

Sunvek Roofing is seeking an organized and ambitious Back Office Operations Administrator to support its Phoenix roofing operation. The role works directly with the General Manager and leadership team and supports key business functions including customer communication, scheduling, production tracking, collections, invoicing, and job costing. The position offers exposure to the full roofing operation and opportunities to take on additional responsibility and advance into operations, production, finance, or management as performance allows. The company uses ServiceTitan and established operating processes.

Comfort with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
Dependability, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach.
Willingness to take on more responsibility and learn.

Nice To Haves

Experience in office management or operations.
A college degree.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from new customers and existing clients.
Manage customer data, job scheduling, lead and appointment assignments to sales representatives, and project records and workflows in ServiceTitan.
Track jobs through each production stage through completion.
Assist with accounts receivable collections and customer invoicing.
Support job costing and project financial tracking.
Maintain clean and accurate records across departments.
Serve as a communication hub between customers, sales, production, and leadership.
Identify and address problems and help build and improve processes as the company grows.
