About The Position

Piada Italian Street Food is seeking motivated Back of House Team Members for day, weekend, and evening positions. Team Members prepare fresh food according to recipes and procedures, helping provide Guests with a thoughtful culinary experience and consistent food quality. The role includes maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen, following daily checklists, and cross-training in multiple positions. The employer provides tools, ingredients, and training. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Must be able to work in hot or cold temperatures.
• Must be able to hear and communicate clearly in a kitchen environment.
• Must be able to speak and articulate clearly.
• Must be able to lean, bend, and reach as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Thoughtfully cook and prepare ingredients to create a welcoming Guest experience.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Follow daily checklists to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
• Cross-train in multiple positions.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
