BOH/KITCHEN COOK CLOSING Team Members (5PM-12AM / 7PM-3AM Weekends)
About The Position
Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken is seeking a Back of House/Cook Closing Team Member for their evening shifts. This role is responsible for cooking, cleaning, and closing duties in a structured, zero-drama environment that emphasizes consistency, accountability, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a high degree of reliability, attention to detail, and accountability. This is a repeatable closing role with predictable procedures and expectations each shift, suited for individuals who thrive in a routine-based environment with clearly defined expectations and repeatable daily processes.

Responsibilities
- Complete all cash handling and closing financial procedures as required
- Provide efficient and accurate guest service during evening hours
- Ensure correct order fulfillment and hand off
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all BOH stations throughout the shift
- Complete all BOH closing duties using the designated closing checklist
- Restock, reset, and prepare BACK OF HOUSE areas for the next day
- Wipe, sweep, and mop throughout shift and close
- Support team members during peak periods and closing transition
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards consistently
- Perform cooking duties
- Perform cleaning duties

- Complete end of shift register closeout procedures
- Verify cash totals and reconciliation steps
- Prepare deposits according to established procedures
- Maintain accuracy in all financial handling processes
