About The Position

Wingstop is hosting a job fair to hire Team Members and Supervisors. Interviews and hiring will be conducted on the spot. The job fair is on Wednesday, April 29th, from 11 AM to 7 PM at 1700 E. Palm Valley Blvd., Ste 440, Round Rock, TX 78664. Candidates are asked to wear blue jeans, nonslip shoes, and a plain black t-shirt for a hands-on interview. Required items to bring include a Valid Driver's License, Social Security Card/Birth Certificate, and a Direct Deposit Form from your bank to facilitate the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant (for General Managers)
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role (for Supervisors)
  • Strong ability to manage and develop team members
  • Excellent operational and financial management skills (P&L, budgeting) (for General Managers)
  • Passionate about guest satisfaction and driving sales growth (for General Managers)
  • Ability to create a positive and efficient work culture
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain store cleanliness and product quality
