About The Position

Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front of House Closing Team Member to join their structured, zero-drama environment. This role emphasizes consistency, accountability, and execution. Team members are expected to perform reliably with attention to detail every shift. The position involves closing duties, including cash handling, guest service, POS operation, order fulfillment, and maintaining cleanliness. Success in this role comes from consistency, focus, and execution of standards every night.

Requirements

Reliability is non-negotiable, punctuality and attendance are required for every shift
All closing procedures must be completed fully and correctly before clock out
Must be able to work independently during closing hours with minimal supervision
Must maintain accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Consistent execution of duties is required every shift, not occasionally
Accountability for assigned tasks is non-negotiable
Must have consistent availability for scheduled shifts
Positive attitude and strong work ethic are required

Responsibilities

Complete all cash handling and closing financial procedures as required
Provide efficient and accurate guest service during evening hours
Operate POS system (Toast) with speed and accuracy
Ensure correct order fulfillment and hand off
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas throughout the shift
Complete all FOH closing duties using the designated closing checklist
Restock, reset, and prepare Front of House areas for the next day
Wipe, sweep, and mop throughout shift and close
Support team members during peak periods and closing transition
Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards consistently
