Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references
- Patient, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about child development
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow family guidelines and routines
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, hands-on childcare and supervision in a safe home environment
- Assist with daily routines including feeding, bathing, and bedtime schedules
- Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play
- Transport children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe living space
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's daily activities and well-being
- Provide light homework help and support early childhood development
