Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nanny services preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Patient, compassionate, and energetic demeanor with a genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, hands-on childcare in a safe and nurturing home environment
- Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and bedtime schedules
- Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play
- Transport children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe living space
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and daily activities
- Provide light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as laundry and tidying play areas
