Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying strongly preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with children
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families
- Valid driver's license a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, hands-on supervision and care for children in a home setting
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and educational exercises
- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks for children
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment at all times
- Assist with homework, reading, and developmental activities as needed
- Manage daily routines including nap times, bath times, and bedtime schedules
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's daily activities and well-being
