The B2B Training Safety Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a consistent, high-standard safety environment across all StrataTech enterprise client training programs. This role ensures that training sites, lab environments, and field-adjacent instruction settings meet applicable OSHA, NFPA, and client-specific safety requirements at all times. The Safety Manager works alongside the Lead Instructor and ETO leadership to ensure that safety culture is embedded in every day of training, not treated as a standalone topic. This role is ideal for a seasoned safety professional with a background in industrial, electrical, or mission-critical construction environments who is ready to apply that expertise in a workforce training setting. StrataTech Education Group delivers enterprise technical training for Fortune 500 and large-scale industrial clients. Our enterprise programs are built around the actual equipment, documentation, and safety standards our clients use in the field. This is not classroom training for the sake of a certificate.
