About The Position

Sev Rend Corporation is a leading manufacturer of flexible retail packaging and sustainable materials. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B sales professional for a remote position in the Southeast region. Preference will be given to candidates located in Georgia, Florida, or the Carolinas. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of closing business and delivering exceptional account management for existing customers. A history of successfully taking business from competitors is important for success in this role.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive regional growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desire to grow in sales excellence.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (50%).

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closing.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate as part of a cohesive team to support customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and CRM records.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
