This position’s primary responsibility is to direct the sales effort for North America Packaging and Graphics (NAPG) products and services within a designated geography. The candidate will plan and direct sales activities to achieve maximum revenue and profit in accordance with established corporate, regional and unit goals and objectives, and budget. The candidate also is responsibilities for establishing profitable growth targets and for enhancing market share in the designated region. The candidate must be able to anticipate future needs of the business and customer. S/he must keep up to date on market conditions that impact the region and use the information to anticipate market changes for NAPG, our customers, and our customers’ customers. S/he must work internally to get the necessary support to meet the clients’ needs.
