We're looking for a B2B Sales Leader who can bring leadership, vision, and collaboration to our growing team. You’ll lead the strategy and growth of woom’s sales channels, expanding our reach while ensuring our partners and customers experience the very best of the woom brand.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or account management, preferably within consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales channels and partnerships that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams. This person can both unlock new partnerships and also force multiply the team’s output.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Data driven mindset with an understanding of the P&L to both drive revenue but also expanded profit margins
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • Passion for woom’s mission to inspire confidence, independence, and a love of cycling in children worldwide.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with independent retailers or specialty sporting goods channels.
  • Knowledge of the cycling or outdoor recreation industry.
  • Experience with international or multi-channel sales strategy.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools.
  • Passion for sustainability, outdoor activity, or family-focused products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across channels, including direct B2B partnerships, key accounts, and emerging opportunities that expand woom’s reach.
  • Grow Strategic Partnerships: Identify, develop, and nurture high-impact partnerships with retailers, organizations, and strategic accounts that align with woom’s mission.
  • Build and Guide a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and support the B2B sales function, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Set ambitious sales targets, analyze performance, and implement strategies that consistently deliver measurable results.
  • Onboard New Accounts: Grow our sales pipeline by identifying and onboarding new accounts to serve as our brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts, pricing strategies, in store marketing, and promotional efforts.
  • Optimize Sales Operations: Evaluate processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and partner experience.
  • Leverage Data for Decision-Making: Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and performance metrics to guide strategy and uncover new opportunities for growth.
