Plot is an AI-powered strategic intelligence platform built for the video-first era. We help the world's leading consumer brands — Lululemon, Anthropologie, Pepsi, Fenty, CAVA, and others — understand culture, track earned media, and make faster, smarter decisions using video data. We analyze the full context of TikTok and Instagram videos — visuals, audio, and text — to surface insights that legacy social listening tools built for a text-first world simply can't see. We use that data to power workflows our clients rely on daily: discovering creators and partners, measuring campaign performance and community engagement, tracking brand sentiment, and answering strategic questions with real consumer data. We closed a $10M funding round recently, and we're moving fast to continue to support our growing customer base. Our customers are some of the sharpest marketers in the world — and we're looking for someone who can think and operate at their level. We build with empathy and are strongly customer-centric in everything we do. We're developing a new playbook for B2B Marketing teams and establishing a data foundation that can actually move the needle for enterprise marketing teams. Where you’ll spend your time We're looking for a sharp, strategic B2B Marketing Lead to own and scale Plot's B2B marketing function. This is not a pure demand generation role — it's a true B2B marketer position for someone who has run a B2B marketing org and knows how to use thought leadership, content, and education alongside pipeline programs to generate leads. The right person is comfortable starting as an IC, moving fast to establish pipeline infrastructure, and eventually expanding scope / building out a team. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded B2B marketer who wants the chance to align personal growth & business growth at an early-stage, fast growing start up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS company — experience developing strategy and executing against a full-suite of B2B marketing levers
  • Experience marketing to marketers (decision-makers for social, community, creator, consumer insights teams at enterprise brands)
  • Content + storytelling chops — you have experience using content, education, and brand storytelling to drive sales (bonus if you also have experience running paid ads and outbound programs)
  • Proven ownership of pipeline metrics — MQLs, opportunities created, and revenue influenced
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Establish our hyper-personalized, high touch events series for marketing leaders at enterprise brands
  • Develop a thought leadership content strategy that drives both demand generation and long-term brand retention
  • Work with sales team to build ABM programs for our highest-priority ICPs
  • Test into new channels to accelerate ongoing demand
