About The Position

At Luminize, we help brands win, and as one of the top 5 Amazon sellers in the US, we’re looking for top performers to grow with us. We're defining a category, not just filling a role. As our VP of Marketing, you'll build and scale a B2B marketing function from the ground up — setting the vision, shaping the narrative, and establishing Luminize as the trusted growth partner for enterprise brands navigating Amazon and beyond. This is a rare opportunity to own the strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute it.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, ecommerce, or tech-enabled services, with a strong grasp of enterprise buyer journeys
  • 3+ years in a senior marketing leadership role with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams
  • Demonstrated ownership of or direct influence over pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Strong foundation in demand generation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy, with experience partnering closely with Sales in high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with best-in-class marketing tech stacks including CRM, automation, and analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Background spanning both services and SaaS models

Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term marketing vision aligned to company growth and revenue objectives, identify priority segments and ICPs, and establish the planning processes and operating rhythms that power our next phase of growth.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing modern B2B marketing team — and serve as a key voice on the leadership team influencing strategy well beyond marketing.
  • Define and evolve Luminize's positioning as the marketplace growth partner for enterprise brands.
  • Translate proprietary data, client outcomes, and market insights into compelling POVs, editorial content, and executive visibility that engages senior ecommerce and brand leaders.
  • Shape and scale the Luminize brand across all external touchpoints — driving awareness and credibility through PR, events, partnerships, and executive engagement.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and authority of messaging at every stage of the funnel.
  • Own marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Build scalable, multi-channel demand generation programs across content, digital, ABM, partnerships, and events — partnering closely with Sales to define target accounts, conversion strategies, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
  • Define and implement the marketing tech stack, data model, and reporting framework.
  • Establish full-funnel measurement, forecasting, and performance management, and build a culture of data-driven decision making with clear attribution and actionable insights.
  • Operate as a collaborative partner across Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Prepare and present marketing performance updates to executive leadership, clearly connecting marketing activity to business outcomes.
