About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a passionate and driven B2B Sales Executive to join their sales team. This role focuses on new business development, prospecting commercial building owners and property managers, closing janitorial and other service contracts, and transitioning won accounts to the operations team. The company acts as a management company, not a direct service provider, allowing the sales executive to focus on sales. The role involves a 50/50 split between office-based pipeline building and field-based prospecting and client meetings. Sales executives will own their territory, control their schedule, and have autonomy in managing their market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience
  • Proven ability to self-generate leads and work a geographic territory
  • Discipline to balance office-based prospecting with field activity daily
  • Strong closing skills with commercial property managers and building owners
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through door knocking, cold calls and email campaigns
  • Build and maintain a pipeline worth 3x your monthly revenue target
  • Close $5,000 to $10,000+ in new monthly contract revenue as you ramp
  • Conduct building surveys and present proposals to commercial decision makers
  • Hand off closed accounts and immediately pursue your next opportunity
