About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is expanding in the North Bay market and building a high-performing B2B sales team to support significant regional growth. This territory offers a strong opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build a substantial book of business in an underpenetrated market with significant long-term potential. Businesses struggle to manage multiple facility vendors, and City Wide solves that problem by becoming a single point of contact for more than 20 facility services, including Janitorial services, Disinfecting services, Landscaping, Handyman services, Parking lot maintenance, and Window cleaning. Instead of selling a single service, the role involves selling a complete facility management solution.

Requirements

Proven B2B sales hunter
Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
Comfortable meeting business owners and executives

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new B2B accounts within your territory
Cold call and generate new meetings with decision-makers
Conduct facility walk-throughs to identify opportunities
Present customized solutions to business owners and executives
Close new contracts and expand accounts
Manage your pipeline using CRM tools and consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
