Your impact (at a glance) Promote Alinabal’s offerings to assigned accounts; cultivate trust with category buyers to drive growth and fast issue resolution. Be the hub between customers and internal teams (quality, engineering, manufacturing) for seamless communication. Create quotes and proposals; coordinate accurate order entry and relay requirements to the right people at the right time. Audit orders for accuracy; expedite as needed to meet customer schedules. Own portal and scorecard management to maintain a positive performance record. Coordinate quotation workflows and keep our CRM clean, current, and insightful. Track account metrics, analyze trends, and support reliable sales forecasts. Partner with the SVP of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience Manager to analyze customer data and optimize prospecting/sales methods. Uphold CRM requirements and data governance; manage customer data in ERP and CRM systems. Occasional customer travel (+/-10%).

Requirements

  • Curiosity, competitiveness, collaboration, and coachability.
  • Technical/mechanical product aptitude; factory production and engineered solutions exposure is a plus.
  • Pricing strategy know-how and confident negotiation skills.
  • MS Office, CRM tools, and Microsoft Teams proficiency.
  • Excellent virtual and in-person communication.
  • Exceptional organization; able to juggle multiple parallel projects.
  • Quick-thinking, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proven background in customer service with a strong customer-first orientation.
  • 5+ years in customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing business/sales experience preferred.
  • BS/BA in a related field preferred.
