Everspring is seeking a B2B Marketing Operations & Salesforce Systems Manager to enhance the front end of our business through improved system utilization, data management, and lead processes. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, focusing on optimizing how marketing and sales systems, Salesforce, databases, and sales processes interact. The ideal candidate will improve lead capture, organization, segmentation, routing, reporting, and activation across various platforms. This position is for a systems-oriented operator with Salesforce administration experience who is passionate about enhancing data quality, system visibility, workflows, campaign execution, and reporting. While comprehensive knowledge isn't expected on day one, a curious, collaborative, detail-oriented individual eager to learn new platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential. The role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing and is based in Chicago with a hybrid work model requiring at least three days in the office weekly.
