About The Position

TTEC is seeking a B2B Inside Sales Representative to join their award-winning employment experience. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with small business customers and prospects to understand their needs, recommend business solutions, and support new sales and expanded customer relationships. You will utilize your consultative sales, product, and customer discovery skills to help customers see how available solutions can support their bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and cash flow needs. TTEC is a global consulting, technology, and managed services company that helps brands deliver smarter, more human customer experiences through data, AI, and technology.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of contact center experience supporting inbound and outbound interactions
  • 2+ years of applied sales experience with a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud, technical solutions, account management, pipeline management, or small business sales
  • Ability to understand customer needs and clearly explain technical solutions and business value
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with clarity and detail

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers and prospects by phone, chat, meetings, and outbound follow-up
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand business needs and workflows
  • Recommend, demo, and sell solutions based on customer needs
  • Identify additional offerings that may support the customer’s business
  • Use sales tools to log activity, manage pipeline steps, and support follow-up
  • Meet productivity, sales, availability, pipeline, and adherence expectations
