This is a fully remote position for a results-oriented B2B Digital Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role carries full ownership of QBench’s paid and organic digital channels, with responsibility for channel strategy execution, pipeline contribution, content reach, and the integration of AI into how our marketing team operates. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and collaborate across the broader team to build a digital presence that scales with the business. The role is anchored around three priorities: - The first is platform mastery: a thorough command of the paid digital landscape, the ability to understand what each channel can do, and accountability for performance against our growth roadmap. - The second is content repurposing: developing a disciplined approach to extending the reach and value of strong content across every relevant channel and format. - The third is AI enablement: serving as QBench’s internal authority on how AI is reshaping digital marketing across SEO, AEO, and GEO, and putting that knowledge to work in ways that give our team a measurable edge.
