This role offers the opportunity to take over an established $600K territory with existing client relationships and warm incoming leads. The aggressive goal is to scale this territory to $850,000+, following the proven blueprint of top national franchise locations that consistently generate $1.0M to $1.7M+ annually. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Multi-Family Property Management or B2B field sales looking to leverage their expertise and control their earnings. The role involves managing and expanding existing accounts, converting warm leads, and prospecting for new business through consultative selling.

Requirements

2+ years in Multi-Family Property Management, Leasing, or Commercial Field Sales.
Fully fluent in English and Spanish (required to successfully serve property teams and site managers across South Florida).
Comfortable setting quarterly territory milestones to push revenue from $600K toward our $850K+ growth target.
Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record for company vehicle usage.

Responsibilities

Manage & Expand Existing Accounts: Nurture and retain our established $600K multi-family and commercial account base while driving account upsells.
Convert Warm Leads & Prospect: Work active inbound leads across Miami-Dade and Broward, while strategically opening new property management doors.
Consultative Field Selling: Educate Property Managers, APMs, and Maintenance Supervisors on how surface repair saves 70–80% compared to full asset replacements.
