About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a B2B Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of 50 to 60 commercial client accounts in Las Vegas. This role focuses on deepening relationships with existing clients rather than acquiring new ones. You will inherit a book of business generating $100,000 to $120,000 in monthly contract revenue. Your responsibilities include retaining clients, building trust, and increasing revenue by selling additional services. Mornings involve visiting client sites, conducting quality checks, and understanding client needs. Afternoons are dedicated to proposal creation, contract negotiation, coordinating with contractors, and planning. City Wide acts as a management company, coordinating over 20 independent facility services for clients, providing them with a single point of contact. The role is base-plus-commission with significant earning potential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B account management experience.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and upsell services to an established client base.
  • Experience managing 30+ accounts simultaneously and prioritizing across a full portfolio.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with commercial decision-makers.
  • Reliable transportation for daily client visits across the Las Vegas market.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in selling services (vs. products), especially recurring or contract-based services.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or building services industries.
  • Comfort with consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 50-60 commercial client accounts.
