About The Position

This is a field-based Outside Sales Role for individuals who enjoy being in the field, are motivated by winning new business, and are driven by uncapped commission. At Hibu, you will manage a protected territory, meet business owners face-to-face, and close deals. This role is described as a true hunter role with high activity, high reward, and no limit on income potential. The expected first-year compensation includes base salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and paid training, with the potential to build a book of business that grows income year over year.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B, outside, or field sales experience (preferred, not required).
  • Strong cold-calling and prospecting instincts.
  • Confident communicator with polished presentation skills.
  • Coachable, resilient, and driven to exceed goals.
  • Comfortable working independently and owning results.

Responsibilities

  • Own and dominate your territory through daily in-person prospecting.
  • Cold call, door knock, and build your pipeline with small business owners.
  • Run high-energy, needs-based consultations to uncover business challenges.
  • Sell a suite of digital marketing solutions including Websites, SEM/PPC, SEO, Social Media Advertising, Display Advertising, and Reviews & Reputation Management.
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations to close deals.
  • Build a book of business that generates residual commissions.
  • Manage long-term client relationships with proactive account support.
  • Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools.
