The Avtec Inside Channel Account Manager is required to promote sales growth by developing, nurturing and enabling their partners and customers. The Avtec ICAM will create awareness of Motorola Solutions product, software and services by leveraging their subject matter expertise. The Avtec ICAM role will need the ability to establish strong business relationships at all levels of the partner or customers organization with the express desire of becoming their trusted business adviser. This individual will also be skilled and proficient in our internal sales enablement and development tools. Each ICAM will be assigned a geographic area and will be expected to collaborate with their corresponding field sales and inside sales counterparts. The ICAM role will be measured and held accountable for both an individual and territory based goals.
