About The Position

The AVP-Sr. Housing Growth is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of occupancy and revenue within Sr. Housing Service lines across Trilogy Campuses. This includes developing and executing strategic plans to increase move ins, rates, revenue, and market share. The AVP works closely with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, IT, operations, and finance, to identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and implement initiatives. Additionally, they oversee local relationship building with external partners, such as healthcare providers, community organizations, and others. The AVP also monitors and evaluates the performance of Sr housing health centers, identifies areas for improvement, and implements strategies to optimize operational efficiency and quality of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 8-12 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Grows profitable overall Sr. Housing census to meet or exceed revenue budget.
• Builds all training and, working with Division Growth Directors (DGD) and Division Vice Presidents (DVPs), oversees hires/onboarding for sales roles in each campus.
• Ensures delivery of sales standards, service standards, first impressions, and room readiness.
• Leads development of processes and reporting for Sr. Housing move ins and programs.
• Works with the marketing department to generate qualified leads through meaningful sales messaging and differentiators.
• Oversees CRM and all related reporting on pipeline, our mystery shop program, and competitive analysis.
• Develops and owns company master narrative content and delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
