About The Position

OpenGov is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to own the go-to-market lifecycle for products, features, and campaigns. The position leads campaign strategy and execution, product launches and enablement, and performance measurement and optimization. It requires developing multi-channel campaigns and marketing content, shaping segmentation and messaging from customer and competitive insights, supporting ABM and nurture programs, equipping internal teams for launches, and using performance data to refine marketing activity.

  • Ability to synthesize customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Ability to own work from strategy through execution across campaigns, content, and launches.

  • Experience launching products or features end-to-end.
