About The Position

As an AVP, Retail Banking Office Manager for our Jimtown Office, you will drive new business growth by leading service and sales initiatives, executing local campaigns, and participating in the bank's calling program to meet office goals. You will oversee office staff to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with bank policies, while managing performance, scheduling, and staff development. You will also enhance office sales performance through regular reviews, coaching, and demonstrating effective sales techniques. As a new employee you will be provided with extensive training at our Lake City University located in Warsaw, Indiana. Our Officer Onboarding program includes a customized training plan with an emphasis on building interpersonal connections to lay a foundation for your success.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five+ years of Retail Banking experience required.
• Must have the ability to pass the required NMLS registration process in accordance with the SAFE Act requirements.
• Working knowledge of the teller and deposit operations sales platform.
• In depth knowledge of bank office operations and an understanding of Lake City Bank’s policy and procedures, and how they relate to other areas of the bank.
