About The Position

This job invents new solutions around telemedicine, digital medicine and remote patient monitoring, drives technical requirements and converts requirements into software development plans that enable the long-term growth of the company’s digital healthcare portfolio. Makes decisions on which product(s) to invest in and how much investment is required and turns investments into strategies and technology solutions that benefits patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8 years of experience in scaling medium to large-scale products from initiation through sustainment; delivering products across multi-functional stakeholder groups; delivering results across software teams.
• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications and ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct reporting lines.
• Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA).
• 3 years of experience managing teams of product managers

Responsibilities

• Oversees and completes detailed reviews of metrics to understand key drivers and whether those drivers are the correct, or best, metric(s) to measure/manage a business or process.
• Identifies and scopes new product features.
• Assesses partnerships to drive make versus buy decisions to improve the patient offering.
• Works closely with operations, engineering, information systems, and finance partners to define the growth strategy for a portfolio of products, modeling impact both financially and to patient experience.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
