About The Position

As a Loan Servicing Manager, you will regularly interact with stakeholders across the organization, building strong partnerships to support business objectives. In this role, you will be continuously challenged to identify, develop, and implement process improvements that simplify operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce the overall cost to serve. The Loan Servicing Manager leads and coaches one or more teams of Loan Servicing Specialists to achieve established performance, quality, and service goals. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence while ensuring a high level of service delivery across the loan servicing function. The Manager collaborates cross-functionally, maintaining strong communication with leaders in Closing, Finance, DRC, Compliance, Credit, and Legal to streamline processes, resolve issues, and continuously improve service levels. This position plays a critical role in aligning servicing operations with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Certifications
  • 5+ years of Managerial experience related to Loan Servicing functions in Banking or Finance.
  • Understanding of U.S. banking regulatory environment
  • Must possess excellent, people leadership, organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the interpersonal skills necessary to communicate tactfully with interdepartmental personnel as well as personnel from all areas and departments
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 15%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Support adherence to monitoring and managing Key Risk and Controls
  • Effectively manage performance, quality and productivity
  • Assigns work and monitors workflow of direct reports to ensure functions are performed timely and accurately, with excellent customer service as the key driver regarding decisions and priorities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects.
  • Lead the team in executing an implementation plan and assist with change management effort.
  • Ensure that staff complete all assigned areas of responsibilities in timely manner
  • Cross training of Loan Specialists under direct supervision and within the department who are responsible for secondary
