The Loan Servicing Manager leads and coaches one or more teams of Loan Servicing Specialists to achieve established performance, quality, and service goals. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence while ensuring a high level of service delivery across the loan servicing function. The Manager collaborates cross-functionally, maintaining strong communication with leaders in Closing, Finance, DRC, Compliance, Credit, and Legal to streamline processes, resolve issues, and continuously improve service levels. This position plays a critical role in aligning servicing operations with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
