About The Position

This role is part of the Corporate FP&A team, focusing on expense analytics for the IT CXO organization and the management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Cost Contribution Agreements (CCAs). The position involves advancing IT reporting capabilities and enhancing planning and forecasting processes. Responsibilities include the planning and administration of chargebacks and agreements related to shared contracts/services, reviewing and analyzing cost allocation models, maintaining contracts, managing financial impacts, and ensuring integration with internal financial systems. The role also involves chargeback reporting, maintenance of chargeback models for accuracy and automation, SLA alignment and compliance validation, SLA framework implementation, issue resolution, and maintenance of SLA performance tracking. Additionally, the role assists with overall IT Division reporting specifications and administrative tasks such as time tracking and configuration management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
3+ years of experience in IT divisions working with Service Level/Cost Contribution Agreements.
Proficiency in using OneStream.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization skills.

Knowledge of TBM (Technology Business Management).
Knowledge of Regulation W.
Knowledge of overall cost-allocation modeling.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Access, Visio, Project.

Responsibilities

Support expense analytics for the IT CXO organization and management of SLA/CCA.
Advance IT reporting capabilities and enhance planning and forecasting processes.
Plan and administer chargebacks and agreements related to contracts/services shared between entities.
Review and analyze cost allocation models, maintain contracts/agreements, and manage financial impact.
Review and execute transactions related to intercompany allocations and ensure integration with financials.
Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reporting/allocation logic for chargeback modeling of IT expenditures.
Maintain chargeback models to ensure accuracy of costs/consumptions and streamline budget/forecast processes.
Validate SLA alignment with Financial, Regulatory, Quality, Corporate, and Government compliance requirements.
Establish an SLA framework to determine, negotiate, document, and agree on service level requirements.
Work with stakeholders to resolve SLA-associated issues.
Ensure proper maintenance of systems to measure SLA performance against targets.
Monitor remediation plans related to SLA requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
Assist with overall reporting specifications for the IT Division.
Perform administrative tasks including time tracking, configuration management, and other ad-hoc tasks.
