The incumbent is responsible for demonstrating effective leadership and operational proficiency in staffing and recruitment, employee relations and associated legal compliance/reporting activities. This position is responsible for ensuring that all employment and employee relations policies/practices and related activities, including separations from employment, are legally compliant, well documented, and consistently applied at all levels of the organization. The incumbent exercises broad authority and provides timely responses to: address emerging employment needs, conducts follow up assessments in coordination with other representatives and managers to monitor effectiveness of employment actions.
