Aviation Technical Subject Matter Expert
About The Position
PeopleTec seeks a skilled, mission-driven Aviation Technical Subject Matter Expert to support its Prototype Integration Facility at the on-site Huntsville, Alabama location. The role provides aviation technical subject matter expertise, including specialized knowledge of aviation systems, and interprets requirements to help ensure responsiveness and successful performance. The position supports engineering staff with analysis, evaluation, and implementation of systems and other engineering tasks. It also provides expert technical guidance on aviation matters and evaluates the implementation of systems on aircraft and other aviation systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an aviation technical role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft subsystems.
- Experience integrating systems into new or existing platforms.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Active DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or four additional years of relevant professional experience in lieu of the degree.
